With a simple electronic system and seamless integration with our internal storage process and Sitelink software, the kiosk was the first of its kind rolled out by Rent A Space, hoping to simplify the industry and bring a sense of immediacy to self-storage. The Insomniac was the first to be introduced in Australia all the way from the USA where thousands of self storage providers have enjoyed the benefits and another operator in Queensland has since followed suit.
Rent a Space Sales Manager Mathew Woodhouse said “it has provided customers with another payment option especially during peak move-in periods. The automated move-in process means customers needing on-demand storage outside of office hours have the flexibility to rent their space at a time convenient to them before or after work.”
