We chose Rent A Space as we needed to store our furniture for about 2 months before moving to Melbourne. We are really happy with our experience with them. Customer service is great, units are clean and alarm protected, access is easy and they refunded the extra money paid for the month very quickly with no hurdle.

I needed somewhere to store my belongings in a hurry due to moving into a furnished place. The service and follow up service was really amazing. Dianne was excellent from the first call. They came picked everything up. Excellent company.
It was a very good experience sorting out the rental and paper work required. It was very stressful packing up and moving, but we were well looked after. Everything was explained very clearly and we were offered coffee/water and even some snacks, as we were very hungry and tired by the time we got to Rent a Space with the removalists. It was much appreciated. A very positive experience.
Got a really good deal in Rent A Space, I was scouting for storage spaces within Zetland/Rosebery/Waterloo and so far they have the best facility. What more is the staff is very helpful, special mention to Micheal who helped me sort things out, even though it was 5 min til closing time.

Lovely people to deal with from the driver to the manager just a wonderful experience. The one thing I would criticise though was the check in process which I am sure could be streamlined with an online form to complete before arrival and an email allowing you to come prepared with a padlock instead of having to purchase a Rent a Space one.
