Incredibly impressed. We've stored our excess items at a number of places over the years, in Australia and overseas and our move-in experience at Rent-a-Space in Queanbeyan was above and beyond. Better than anything we've seen before. The level of care that's gone into keeping the location clean, shiny and dust-free immediately removed any concerns we had about the safety of our items. The staff who arranged our move-in (Elliot & Maryanne) couldn't have been more friendly or helpful and made us feel very welcome. The free use of a box trailer (whose quality matched that of the facility - nothing like the beat-up old trailers Bunnings rents!) was a very nice touch.
