Terms and Conditions:

  1. Orders will be fulfilled at your nominated collection site, subject to availability. Should a product not be available for collection on the nominated date, you will be contacted with the option to back-order and/or substitute (a) product(s); and/or seek a refund of some or all of the order.
  2. Orders must be collected by the purchaser, or their agent (the agent is anyone presenting a receipt of purchase for the order) within 48 hours of the purchase, or otherwise agreed upon between the store and the purchaser. Collection can only take place during staffed office hours (refer to posted trading hours).
  3. The purchaser may wish to add and/or substitute and/or cancel or reject a part, or all of an order at time of collection and will be subject to the appropriate refund; and/or credit; and/or additional payment at that time.
  4. Goods may only be purchased by persons residing in Australia.

Refund Policy:

  1. This policy pertains to the “online box shop” and “in-store” purchases of merchandise and should be read in conjunction with government regulations in New South Wales (NSW), Australia.
  2. Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
  3. Refunds on merchandise may be sought where a purchase of merchandise is no longer required and the goods are returned in their original, unused condition, including where applicable in their original packaging.
  4. Customers seeking refund must do so in the store of original purchase.
  5. Customers must provide the original proof of purchase such as a printed or electronic receipt.
  6. Refunds are limited to the cost paid for the goods, and the refund value will be determined with consideration to any discounts applied at time of purchase, including purchases made in bulk or as part of a pack.
  7. Refunds will be subject to the provision of government issued photo identification being provided by the customer seeking refund.
  8. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of request, and will take place via direct transfer to a nominated bank account of the purchaser. Where a bank account cannot be provided, a refund will be provided via cheque.
  9. Goods which have been used in any way, damaged by the customer or are not returned in a saleable condition, except where they were found to be defective, will not be applicable for a refund.
  10. Rent a Space reserves its right not to refund merchandise purchases where it deems, in its sole discretion, that the merchandise is not returned in a saleable condition or has been used in any way.
