If it's worth storing, it's worth insuring!

Just as you would consider insurance for your car and your home, you will be asked to consider insurance to cover the contents of your storage space.

Insurance is an important consideration as all goods are stored at the sole risk and responsibility of the storer.

Some home and contents insurer’s may extend their coverage to your goods whilst in storage (you should make your own enquiries and always refer to the PDS), but in the event they do not, Rent a Space distribute a self storage insurance policy underwritten by QBE for your consideration.

You can customise the policy based on the level of cover you require, and you have the flexibility to modify your policy value from time to time should your circumstances change.

Should you not elect to insure your goods in storage with either the policy facilitated by RAS or with a third party insurer, you will nominate to self insure your goods and accept the risks of loss or damage to the goods should that occur.
