5/5 experience for Rent A Space Self Storage Miranda, I could honestly not have asked for more. I had never used self storage before, and upon seeing the great reviews for Miranda, I booked a consult with Josh to inspect the storage unit, and to discuss how everything works etc. I was worried that this would be an overwhelming experience, due to having to vacate my home urgently, having no experience with self storage, worried about being scammed, etc. Josh was an absolute pro and walked me through everything, and ensured that I understood everything and was happy with everything. He took the time to explain everything from scratch, which was very much appreciated. Definitely cannot fault customer service. I would also like to mention that Teagan was extremely courteous, helpful, and efficient whilst helping me out. More perfect customer service. The whole process ended up being simple and perfect. Great location, prices, quality of units, customer service, etc. Safe and secure with individually alarmed units, access to trolleys and lifts, and ability to purchase necessary items in the storage office (e.g. padlocks, mattress protectors, boxes) for great prices. I honestly cannot fault this experience at all. Massive shout out for Josh and Teagan for their perfect customer service. I was just so happy with the whole experience, and would highly recommend Rent A Space. Thank you so much guys, extremely happy customer here!

Removalist - Truck 14, Raeven and Rani. They were excellent. They arrived on time took control and a lot of care with all my furniture and extra care using bubble wrap and plastic for fragile items. Josh and his team couldn’t have been more helpful. We changed our date on multiple occasions and the size of unit. Josh accommodated this every time, without batting an eyelid and always being extremely polite and welcoming. The rest of his team are exactly the same. That’s definitely customer excellence.
