Honestly, such an easy process from beginning to end. I was calling multiple places to check prices and availability. I loved that the bookings team were informative yet not pushy.The rental was already well priced, yet there was a fantastic promotion on at the time too.After pre booking over the phone, I received a follow up call from the lovely Martin to ensure that my booking details were all correct to ensure it was in place, as I required access to start on a public holiday.What a credit to the company Martin is! Such beautiful phone manner and extremely helpful, as my computer was having a technical breakdown! Martin stayed on the phone and got everything organised so I could sign electronically then and there.We arrived yesterday and found our unit with ease, courtesy of the map provided with specific direction to our unit. Our unit was the perfect size we needed, and much roomier than I’d envisioned. I still have extra space if I need to bring more.There was plenty of moving trolleys in different shapes and sizes, which made the move so efficient. The 5 of us could all have a trolley at a time. Lift access to move items to the upper levels was easy to use.Genuinely cannot fault the process and the Bella Vista team. Will be recommending to anyone who needs great, well priced storage.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
