I've had great dealings with this company some 11 years ago and also just recently , the manager Sein is very professional and extremely helpful making the process easy , I vacated my storage unit early and to my surprise I was told I would receive a refund , I did receive the refund for the unused time , this really impressed me of how ethical this business is , I thoroughly recommend this business , thank you Sein I really appreciate all you have done for me , kind regards .

The staff are extremely helpful however beware - if you want to throw anything out after you've unpacked all your stuff, there are no bins at Rent a Space, and you have to take it all back with you (which is a hassle when you don't own a car!) However, the staff helped me solve that thorny problem.
