So much about this recent experience went well!From checking out the storage options in person to securing a unit and getting our stuff locked away, it all went super smoothly.Tanya was especially helpful and compared to other companies I had been in contact with, she made everything really simple and straightforward and most of all had exceptional customer service. Seriously, excellent people skills!It just makes a huge difference when someone actually cares about helping you out, particularly during a stressful time of moving etc.Pricing wise it was on par or better than others I checked out but honestly, even if they weren't after this experience I'd still book here. It's far more important to me that I'm treated well and the process is simple and smooth so I can focus on other things like passports and our 2yr old and not losing my mind with end of lease cleans etc.On top of that the free truck pick up is a great idea and a valuable service and Daryl the driver was professional, friendly and helpful.All in all this is a no-brainer for me.Thank you again team.
