**Impeccable Service and State-of-the-Art Facilities!**From the initial contact with Chloe to reserve and view the space, to Rowena finalizing my move-in on the booking day, the service at RAS Brookvale has been outstanding. Previously, I stored my belongings at RAS Moore Park and frequently traveled there to access my property. Moving my storage to Brookvale was an obvious choice when I relocated to the area.The team at RAS Brookvale has been incredibly helpful, consistently going above and beyond to assist me. The facility itself is brand new, spacious, and excellently maintained. They thought of everything when developing this location, including drive-in parking for easy access, large goods/passenger lifts, and wide walkways that made my move seamless, despite its size.I opted for a space similar to a half-size garage, which suits my current needs as I settle in the Northern Beaches. I anticipate needing a smaller space in the future, and I will not hesitate to continue as a customer at this facility or any other RAS location, given my long-standing positive experience with the RAS brand.A big thank you to the team at Brookvale and immense gratitude to the Moore Park team for their support during this challenging time.

Great service, my original inquiry was followed up quickly and was dealt with professionally. The free truck hire was a godsend and the facility is well run, clean and staff are eager to help If I need storage again, I definitely will be back.
