Great experience from start to finished. Ken has been amazing all through out the processes.He has been very helpful explaining how everything works and followed through with phone calls to make sure we are happy with everything.I would recommend this company without hesitation.

We have two units at casula rent a space and although the trailer was hired out, Mitch was able to liaise with Ken and secure one from Padstow Rent A Space which was so helpful! Moving is stressful and we are so very grateful to meet humble genuine staff at Rent a space.Ken was extremely friendly and easy to talk too. I actually had a quote from Ken months ago (for Lansvale Rent A Space) and he was very helpful over the telephone so it was so lovely to meet him in person at Padstow! He even ended a phone call to greet me immediately which I didn't expect ! Thank you.Hiring a trailer or renting a unit may seem easy but after a lot of moving around with young kids, it becomes stressful and tiring so the little things really matters from friendly conversations with staff at Rent a space, a how you going really gives you a moment to rest and remember at the end of the day we are human after all and just being surrounded by nice people after a long day really helps mentally!I even got a wave goodbye from our friendly truck driver!I can't thank you enough for the team at Rent A Sapce! They are so kind and I wish everyone was like that ! Thank you for making our move in seamless and hassle free!! Maria

Bree and Ken are fantastic! They went through and explained everything to me properly and helped me understand my options. They are really friendly and easy to chat with, making the process of getting a storage unit a dream and less stressful!
