Fantastic communication, fast response. Management is friendly. Jeff truck driver is an amazing person was a pleasure to chat and help us a lot with our things to load and properly put it together !!! Rooms for storage are great too!

From my first phone -- two or three weeks ago -- through to today's move-in, all questions answered and consideration, given to every concern I raised --and not one smart arse or halfway engage and indifferent person on staff. I've met five or six. But the best was today. The company's removalist guy - Wayne - not only gave us all the advice we needed. Wayne also showed us what we needed to do to keep things running smoothly. We had a lot going on -- different sizes; different shapes; different everything, but Wayne helped around the corners to keep things moving. We did the work but Wayne made everything work. He was proactive in giving advice on how to move about the truck. Wayne succeed with the business of getting the truck loaded and unloaded, but not getting in our way, and getting the job done on time. Yes, we know it was our job, but without Wayne's way of dealing with all four of us --and my 30-year-old stepson is autistic -- we would've blown out the time frame. Wayne didn't miss a beat which meant that we could get Max engaged as much as the other three of us. One of my three careers -- I'm 75 --was in HR. On any psychological scale, Wayne's approach to leadership was in the category of mindset that goes beyond excellent and onto exceptional. All we did was move stuff from point A to point B. There were five of us. Wayne made the process seamless without a second being wasted. It was a joy to work with such a gentleman. Please pass on our thanks to Wayne. Paul B.
